Hope every old boy can remember the great staircase we were only allowed up and down when we had fire practice all other times we had to use the back stairs.
I can very well remember the school staircase as it was my job to keep it clean with the main hall .I did ask the head Mr Bennell if I could use the stairs as a norm but he was not impressed.Ron Brabbins and I seemed to arrive at the school at the same time, and he was a great influence on my future, he and Mrs Brabbins were extremely nice people. I've recently found out my Dad attended this school, possibly between the years 1954-1957.Does anybody have any ideas if records are held anywhere for boys who attended Pishiobury? I was at pishiobury from June 1957 -1961. It learnt me a lot. .Staff,Mr benell,Ron brabin,Mr Leonard,Mr Webb,Mr Bryan,bill bishop,Mr Gower, Mr little John,miss compass (nurse).
Hello, my dad says he would like to go back to Pishiobury to visit and see what the place is today. Do any of you know if this is possible? Dads name is Kenneth Goldsmith, dad's not sure what years he attended but does recognise and remember some of the names mentioned here.
